The OIV has recently published a report on world wine consumption on 2013.
It's estimated that have been consumed about 239 million hectoliters against 251 million in 2008, roughly about 1% per year.
Among the 5 large markets, Italy lose about 3.6% per year, exactly the mirror of China which shows a growth of 3.7%.
About the 238 million hectoliters consumed in 2013, 116 million are consumed in the top 5 markets: USA, Italy, France, Germany and China.
Adding the UK, Russia, Argentina, Spain and Australia consumption, we'll reach 166 million hectolitres, 70% of the total.
