Nuovi studi consigliano un consumo alternato di vino

Academic investigations say that a glass of wine every day prolongs the life but from the UK comes the countermand: every other day is better.
It's hard to figure out who is right, but the signs coming from the document issued by the Public Health of England leave many questions. Apparently they seem more aimed at combating alcoholism that to preserve the health of her Majesty's subjects. According to british scientists, any alcohol ingested regularly triggers risk of addiction and abuse, then so is harmful to health. Behaviors are recommended as drinking wine in alternating days.
It will also be true, but all research published in recent years say exactly the opposite. The Dutch Wageningen University, who analyzed the habits of 1,400 men of middle age in a period of about 40 years, found that those who consumed up to two glasses of wine a day, live about two years longer than non-drinkers. The risk of death is reduced by 40% compared to abstainers and stroke by as much as 48%.
