Adelaide University in Australia is going to develop a huge database of world grape variety. The Database of Regional, National and Global Winegrape Bearing Areas by Variety, 2000 and 2010 was sponsored by Grape and Wine Research and Development Corporation (GWRDC). Researchers collect statistic data from 400 Countries to draw a deep analysis not just based on grape variety but also based on productive areas.
