Esportazioni di vino italiano (ottobre 2013)
Considering the last 12 months (until October) Italy exported 4981 millions euro of wine with a growth of 7% respect the previous year. Growth was pull by sparkling wines (+15/16% per year) and by bulk wines (+18% per year)
Sparkling wine export overtake 100 millions euro in October, with the sum of the three different categories of ISTAT data (Asti, Spumante DOP etc). Sparkling wine export register 2.07 millions hectoliters per year (that's the first time up to 2 millions) doubling in seven years. Slowly reduction for bottled wines that during the last month growth just for 4/5% per year, in spite of crispy market of the last two months.
